About the role
As Director, Accounting & Payroll Services for Sweden and Norway, you will take on a key leadership position with responsibility for developing and scaling the business across both markets. You will ensure high-quality service delivery while driving transformation towards a more standardized, automated and customer-centric operating model.
The role is both strategic and operational, with a strong focus on building structure, improving ways of working and enabling long-term scalability. You will lead a growing organization, develop leaders and teams, and play a central role in strengthening customer value, profitability and future growth.
You report to the VP, Accounting & Payroll Services, and work closely with global leadership as well as functions such as Sales, ERP, Product Development and Automation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Accounting & Payroll Services organization in Sweden and Norway
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong service delivery quality
- Drive the development of scalable, process-driven and standardized ways of working
- Strengthen collaboration between local operations and global frameworks

Your profile
We are looking for a strong and pragmatic leader with experience from service delivery within accounting, payroll or financial services, ideally in an international or multi-country environment.
You have a solid business understanding and a proven ability to drive performance, build structure and lead change in a growing organization. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where not everything is fully defined and are motivated by building and improving rather than maintaining.
You are a collaborative and communicative leader who builds trust across teams and functions, while also being hands-on when needed.
We believe you bring:
- Experience in leading leaders and developing organizations
- Strong understanding of accounting, payroll or finance services
- Experience from complex or international environments
- Ability to drive operational excellence and profitability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Experience from scaling environments, automation or AI-driven transformation is considered a strong advantage.
