Algeco Nordics, a strategic business unit within Modulaire Group, was established in 2020 as it is today with offices and service centre in 7 countries, including a factory in Tallinn with the capacity up to 1400-2000 Modules per year.  

Algeco Nordics has 400 employees in pleasant premises just outside the major Nordics city’s where we offer wooden modules that are used for hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, kindergartens, offices, site units and accommodation, etc. Special containers, reefers, events, offshore and defense products.

Head of Projects

We are seeking a Head of Projects to lead and optimize project operations across Sweden, Norway, and Finland. This is a newly established leadership role with full accountability for the performance, safety, and operational results of the OBU Concept Module project organization.

Reporting to the Managing Director OBU Concept Module and forming part of the OBU Concept Module leadership team, you will lead the country Project Team Leads and drive consistent, high-quality project execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the OBU Concept Module project organization across Sweden, Norway and Finland
  • Drive operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost control
  • Ensure projects are executed in line with HSE&Q standards and company SOPs
  • Own delivery & installation cost performance of project deliveries, including budget adherence, margin control, and delivery targets
  • Align resource planning and project prioritization across the region
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, ESG, and operational excellence
  • Strengthen leadership capability, structure, and performance culture within the project organization

Desired Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience from large-scale, project-driven operations, with documented performance results
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, driving alignment and continuous improvement
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and driving operational performance improvements
  • Solid understanding of project-based Supply Chain Management, including planning, scheduling, cost control, resource allocation, supplier management, logistics, and project evaluation
  • Experience working with materials planning and ERP systems (e.g., MRP/IFS) and structured order generation processes
  • Technical background, preferably Civil Engineering or MSc in Engineering (machinery, construction, automation, production engineering or similar)
  • Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English, written and spoken
