Global HR Tech Specialist

The Global HR Tech Specialist will contribute to the organization’s efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and the evolution of HR practices, ultimately enhancing the employee experience and ensuring compliance with EU regulatory standards. You will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the new Human Resources Information System (Sage People), the Employee Engagement survey system (Peakon) and the currently used e-learning system, LMS (Office 365).
As a key initiative over the past year, we have been implementing a new HR system. In this role you will take ownership of the development, continued implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our core HR technologies: Sage People, Peakon and our Learning Management System (LMS 365). You will become our inhouse expert playing a central part in shaping and optimising these systems to meet our evolving needs. , Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will translate organisational goals into system requirements, facilitate IT solutions to streamline People & Culture processes, and ensure our systems are delivering data-driven insights that support effective decision-making. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of data quality, integrity, and security across all HR systems, ultimately helping us improve efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience.
This is a full-time position based in our Head Office in Stockholm.
Key Tasks:
- Own and further develop the global HRIS (Sage People), ensuring high data quality, security, and system performance
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of new Sage People modules (e.g. compensation planning, onboarding, performance management, talent management, skills library etc)
- Contribute to streamlining and automation of P&C processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Manage, analyse, and report on workforce data, including creation of dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses
- Produce internal and external workforce reporting, including CSRD-related reporting requirements
- Act as a key partner to P&C and IT to ensure seamless system integrations and correct master data flows
- Support global HR tech initiatives, eg testing and roll-out of new functionality, training of P&C colleagues etc
- Participate in projects related to HR tech, for example evaluating LMS systems, introducing, designing and user testing ofnew Sage People features
- Provide training, guidance, manuals, videos and ongoing support to P&C teams, managers, and other stakeholders globally
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Understanding of modern HRIS software solutions, preferably Sage People, with hands-on knowledge of HR systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Functional knowledge of various Human Resources business processes
- Project experience
- oth Swedish and English are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
