Build the future of People & Culture in a global consulting business
We are looking for a Head of People & Culture who wants to play a key role in transforming both people strategy and business performance in an international, fast-moving consulting organization.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to strengthen a consultancy-driven culture, support sales growth, and lead a significant transformation agenda spanning leadership, competence development, and organizational design. You will head a global HR organization of 12 people, operating across multiple countries, balancing strategic direction with hands-on leadership when needed.
This is a broad and impactful role where HR is expected to enable the business, not sit beside it. You will work with succession planning, leadership development, compensation models, and capability shifts in areas such as data and AI — while ensuring HR structures are simplified, harmonized, and fit for growth.
Who we’re looking for
- A senior HR leader with experience from international, matrix organizations
- A strong business partner with a background in consulting and/or IT
- Comfortable leading change, navigating complexity, and working close to the business
- Strategic, yet hands-on; structured, yet pragmatic
- Fluent in English (Swedish is a strong plus)
