We are a Nordic consultancy firm founded in 2019 by Stefan Wikström and Johan Segergren. In 2020, the subsidiaries &Partners Tech AB and &Partners Search AB were established by CEO and co-founders Stina Åkerlind and Annika Stålhandske. Today, we have offices in Stockholm and Lund, working with clients and projects across the Nordic region.

The driving force behind building &Partners has been to create a consultancy firm focused on long-term relationships, aiming to contribute to the growth of our clients while also being an employer where our colleagues thrive and develop. In a time where change is constant and digitalization is fundamentally transforming both ways of working and organizations, we face both new challenges and opportunities.
