How?

We help you find HR profiles that can be difficult to locate through advertising alone. Our selection process is based on numerous contacts and dialogues within HR in Sweden, leveraging previous connections from &Partners’ HR network, as well as referrals from individuals within that network. Of course, we also actively seek out entirely new HR profiles that we haven’t encountered before. This approach typically leads to a diverse range of candidates and a strong selection, according to our clients.

We always use  relevant search strategies to ensure diversity in our selections. We akways challenge the status quo when necessary and to maintain transparency throughout our processes. We utilize scientifically grounded methods, and through competency-based interviewing techniques, we ensure that our candidates possess the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
